⚠️ Important FDA Labeling Guidelines
To ensure your dietary supplement complies with FDA regulations and is not misbranded as an unapproved drug, we strictly follow these labeling rules:
No Medical Claims:
We cannot use language stating the product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease (e.g., "cures arthritis," "antidepressant"). Additionally, the phrase "FDA approved" is strictly prohibite
Safe Wording:
We only use permitted structure/function claims. For example, it is safe to use the word "supports" (e.g., "supports immunity").
Mandatory FDA Disclaimer (*):
Any allowed claim MUST be followed by an asterisk (*) that links directly to the standard FDA disclaimer on the label.

If you want to include certification badges or text (such as Organic, Non-GMO, GMP, Vegan, etc.) on your label, please ensure you hold the actual, valid certificates for the product. Placing these marks on the label without official documentation is a serious violation.
