Stick Packs
WHAT IS A STICK PACK
A stick pack is a narrow, vertical pouch made from laminated film, filled with powder and sealed on three sides. It protects the product and keeps portioning consistent from batch to batch.

Standard width: All stick packs use a fixed, production-standard width.

Adjustable height: Stick height changes depending on product volume.

Volume depends on serving size: Final dimensions are defined by your formula and daily serving.

ROLL LAYOUT

Once your design fits the template, it's important to understand how it repeats across the production roll:

Stick layout on roll Shows how many sticks are placed on the roll and how they repeat.

Film direction during production Shows which way the film moves so the design is not flipped or rotated.

Repeat / pitch alignment Shows the exact distance between sticks to keep cutting clean and consistent.

Important: Artwork orientation must follow the film direction.
